Exmoor Experiences and Events for Groups and Families

Wild about Exmoor is owned by the husband-and-wife astronomer team, Jo and Pete Richardson.

They are a highly experienced duo having delivered many stargazing events and experiences with their other company Space Detectives for over 10 years.

Jo is a passionate space and astronomy communicator and a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, whilst Pete is a highly acclaimed astrophotographer and telescope maker.
Exmoor National Park has always held a special place in their hearts as it is where they originally began to share their passion for, not only the dark sky reserve in 2010, but also their love of the wild and rugged nature of the moors, as well as the deep valleys, quaint villages, and dramatic coastlines. Wild About Exmoor aims to share this wonderful place with you by offering experiences both above and below, from stargazing events, photography courses, guided walks, and fishing.
